Nov. 18th, 2009 11:59 pmThings are coming together for Con-con (the Leverage con). I ordered my ticket, I've got a room in the con hotel for Friday, Saturday, Sunday. (Still not quite sure what I'm doing Thursday night yet, but I've got time to figure that out.)
eafm,
kimberlyfdr, and
sydni_64 - please let me know as soon as you can if you're planning on coming.
And I got my plane ticket last night. I'm a little worried about the fact that there's 35 minutes for me to make the connecting flight on the way out and I'm doing my best to concentrate on the part of my brain that's going, "If this wasn't feasible, it wouldn't have been listed as an option." And considering that Southwest has an open seating policy, if I can check-in early enough, I'll be able to get a low boarding group and have a better chance at getting an aisle seat near the front. We'll see what happens.
Still excited, though.

Date: 2009-11-20 05:29 am (UTC)The flight's connecting through Chicago-Midway. Have you been there in any of your travels? And I did look the airport up already and it seems pretty straight forward with where the the Southwest gates are. (Nothing like Dallas-Fort Worth or wherever it was that we had to take the tram.)
The con's March 19th-21st.
