Aug. 3rd, 2013 09:42 amI'm not sure which is more worrisome - the fact that he took the time to work this out, or that it makes sense - The Pixar Theory
And my friend Eric recently posted a new video and has an album on iTunes! :-D

Jul. 16th, 2013 12:03 amEven though I've loved Alan Cumming for a while now and think he's awesome and very talented, I'd forgotten how good a singer he is too. (I think the over-the-top performances tend to get in the way of that.)
Watching Any Day Now reminded me of it. And the movie's awesome as well. I *highly* recommend it.

Jun. 8th, 2013 11:49 pmRegina and I saw Star Trek: Into Darkness today (her second time, my third) and I enjoyed it once again. We also watched the first episode of Generation Kill, Hot Tub Time Machine (which was cheesy and fun), and Starter for 10 (which was good, but some resolution didn't happen that I wish did - and it was funny seeing Catherine Tate as James MacAvoy's mom).
And we had to stop by the pet store for her to get some things for her bunny and they were having a cat adoption day for a local organization. Two of the cats - Tequila (2 year old orange female) and Pepper (two month old black and gray striped female with white chest and paws) were both pretty laid-back and whatever. But Simon (black two month old male) was BESIDE HIMSELF that he was getting pets and attention. I hope all three of them got adopted.
One more thing - Scott Grimes singing the national anthem on the "Tonight Show":

Dec. 20th, 2012 11:03 pm\0/ I finally found the exception!
I will freely admit that I'm not a fan of "The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting)" - I think it's overdone and falls firmly in the "Just because you can, doesn't mean you should" category.
And then today, courtesy of
spikedluv, I heard Kris Allen sing it, and I... kinda love it.

Jun. 5th, 2012 12:29 pmI have to admit, it amuses me that Owl City did an official lyric video for "Shooting Star". Granted, it makes sense, since fans are going to do it anyway. (And they did.) On the fun side, his does have a lot more pizzaz than the average lyric vid.
And I got these from my Pop-Pop and was quite amused - ( Questions that haunt me... )
