May. 5th, 2004 09:04 amI love working in my university's library, I really do. But there are times when I get a question and it takes me a minute to find the best way to respond. Like, I just had a girl ask this a couple minutes ago:
"My English 207 class is supposed to be meeting down here. Where is it?"
After a brief pause and a blank look on my part, she told me they were supposed to be meeting in the media viewing room. Now, that I could tell her where it was. But the first thing that ran through my mind was, "I'm sorry, but I don't know where your class is meeting. Do you remember if your professor told you where to go?"
