While it's a departure from the norm for the show, the "Criminal Minds" third season episode "True Night" is stylistically awesome.

I'm still not sure about Dave Rossi, though.

I am sure, however, that Morgan/Reid has to be the most adorable thing ever. I don't know if I ship them, but I love them together.
