fandomsecrets can be a lot of fun. It's fun seeing secrets for fandoms you're in. It can sometimes make you think differently about a character/plotline/pairing/episode/etc. Sometimes it can introduce you to a new fic or songvid for your fandom or pairing. Sometimes it can introduce you to a new artist, musical group, movie, book, song, or show.

Yeah, the last one happened to me recently. I've seen a few random secrets for "Suits" (on USA) since the show debuted in July, but didn't think too much of it. I'd seen the pilot with eternalmusings and had enjoyed it, but it didn't really grip me (though she'd kept watching).

And then, I guess after a bunch of secrets showing up pretty close together and another friend raving about it, I decided to check it out on Hulu. And I slowly fell in love with it. But being in this fandom's going to be interesting because I don't really ship anyone.


And on the other side, I got into "Warehouse 13" (on SyFy) because of seeing Eddie McClintock at Shore Leave this past summer. (He's such an adorable dork! I swear he's so much like Pete!) It's also a lot of fun in a dorky, fluffy way. But I also like that it doesn't shy away from darker stuff too - like Pete's abandonment issues and that he's been sober for a number of years and sometimes still struggles or that Myka is still torn up and grieving for her partner and lover who died three years ago.

And it's probably the only place you'll hear, "Pete - no glove, no love." and have it not mean anything sexual. :-P

I love Suits! I just got finished with the last ep today, because I like to save it up and watch 5-6 eps in a row. Don't know why. I've been a Gabriel Macht fan for years.

I'm not really sure I ship anyone either. I haven't read any fic for it yet, although now that I'm caught up, I might poke around.

I'm still not watcing Warehouse 13, although I agree. Eddie is very cute and funny. Maybe I'll give it another try sometime. After all, I didn't like Bones when it first started either.

I still have a few episodes to watch (which I'm both happy about [more to watch!] and sad about [then I'll have to wait!]). And, oddly enough, I've been aware of Gabriel Macht for a long time, but I've only seen one or two things he's been in, and don't remember him. Go figure.

I *love* "Warehouse 13". Anything particular about it that you don't like?
