So, Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow today.

While I don't usually put much stock in it, I kind of wish it was true the winter weather would end early. I'm sick and tired of having snow/sleet/ice/etc in the forecast every three days.

I believe we are all just plain tired of all this.
I am house bound anyway with my 3rd episode of gout. Must stay off my feet as much as possible till Sat. 5 days of meds and pain pills since Mon. And then 1 day more of bed rest. Not having so many stabbing pains, just very sore feet if I stand or walk too much. Not fair, I have been so good, taking meds daily and not eating bad food. Having a pity party here.

I agree! I don't usually mind winter, but right now I'm really ready for spring!
