I, along with a group of friends, helped my friend J move this morning. And I think we did a great job - in three hours, we had loaded the stuff she was taking from her parents' place into a UHaul, two pick-ups, an open trailer (like lawn service people use), and a car, and then had it unloaded and in her new place.

I finished watching Prison Break today. Overall, I liked it. There's a few things I would've changed about season 4, but the good definitely outweighed the bad. And now I kind of want to go back and watch it all the way through from the beginning.
