My dad and I saw Night at the Museum 2: Battle of the Smithsonian tonight and it was lots of fun. (Liberties taken aside, because, *dude*, it's the *Smithsonian*. I've practically grown up there, as far as museums go.) And I loved Amy Adams as Amelia Earhart - she's adorable. And she and Ben Stiller had really good chemistry. I also loved Jedediah and Octavius.

Spent most of the day internally squeeing over last night. It really was a great show and I'm really glad I was able to get a spot three people back from the stage in the center.
Had decided on going to Dewey on Friday to see Carbon Leaf again until my dad used logic on me. Mainly in the vein of, "It's race weekend in Dover - you'll be lucky if you get through in *any* sort of timely manner," and "Parking really isn't an option unless you have a hotel room." (There are a lot of meters around, but who wants to be running in and out to feed a meter?)
So, sadly, I will not get to see Carbon Leaf twice in one week. On the upside, I'll now have a chance to really listen to all of their cds I got last night before the next concert.
