Apr. 22nd, 2009 10:57 pmGrrr. Last night's sleep wasn't as good as I had hoped. (Though, I woke up less tired than expected, go figure.)
On the other hand, my sinuses were phlemmy and my throat was raw when I woke up. (Which, while not completely normal for my seasonal allergies, isn't completely unexpected with the way the weather's been ping-ponging back and forth the past few days.)
And I've been having an alleric reaction to something all day. The bottom third of my shins and calves are red and bumpy and feel a little off. They've gotten better over the course of the day, but not all the way. So I took some Benadryl a few minutes ago and hopefully that'll help both with the legs and my sleeping.
I'll be glad when I'm feeling better.

Date: 2009-04-23 04:04 am (UTC)Having had cellulitis 3 times in my left leg, hot, red and swollen, that cause me to be hospitalized, I get scared if any thing is a bit off.
Take care, drink lots of water and get some sleep.
