Why is it I'm more tired after 8-8.5 hours of sleep than 6?

I also had a weird dream this morning with Keanu Reeves in a starring role. Weird.

Still loving "The Mentalist" and "Leverage" like whoa.

You probably woke up in the middle of a circadian cycle. That can make you feel more tired.

At least, that's my understanding.

Quite possibly. And it could also be that I've gotten so used to less sleep, that this time I got "too much". We'll see how the rest of the week goes. Today was better.
