So, today was also a good writing day and here's where I'm at:

5100 / 50000 words. 10% done!

I was watching some of wolfling's Angel vids while doing laundry and feeling really nostalgic.

I have jury duty tomorrow. Apparently, third time getting called is the charm. I just hope that I don't actually get picked to serve on a jury a) because I have Creation Con on Friday and I'd much rather do that than Jury duty and b) I've been trying to do this since frickin' *February* - I just want to get it over with!

Good luck with the jury duty! I know at one point they ask potential jurors if they have a reason they can't serve. Non-refundable tickets might be a good enough reason. Heck, you could always say you'd read about the case in the paper, or knew someone who went through the same thing...

The one time I actually got picked, it was interesting, but the day to day stuff was kind of boring, because, wow, those lawyers sure love to talk! (The case right before mine, the one I didn't get picked for, lasted for weeks! Whew!) Have an awesome time at the con! It took some real soul searching to decide not to go. (And let's not even talk about Burbank!) I'm sure you'll have a blast!

Jury duty actually went really well and I got really lucky. (Will post about it after this.)

I'm sure I'll have a blast! And I'll miss you! We really do need to get together sometime soon and hang out or something.
