Jun. 23rd, 2008 11:56 pmI realized something today.
I shouldn't randomly watch show episodes. Chances are, I'll end up watching the show and find out that the episodes were ones that had a punch to them.
Two examples:
Before I got into SG-1 or SGA, I was visiting
libralyte and
lixta. It happened to be a Friday night and
lixta was watching SGA and
libralyte and I ended up watching it with her. The episode? "Trinity".
When
eternalmusings was last up here, we were fiddling around with the new Fios service and she realized that I now get BBC America. So we flipped to that channel and an episode of Torchwood was on. We watched part of it and I made her change it because I was bored. The episode? "Adam".
I think "Buffy" also needs to get a mention here, even if it is a little different. I had been listening to a friend of mine talk about the show for a year and a half before I finally gave in and decided to check it out. The episodes I started with? "Surprise" and "Innocence".
Maybe I just need to stay away from second season episodes.
