Mar. 2nd, 2008 11:41 pmI miss
eternalmusings already. :-(
I like having someone that I can verbally say something that's silly and insane and have them totally get what I mean. My dad kind of does, but sometimes I think he tolerates my fannish-ness more than anything. (Though, I've seen him geek out over stuff, I just don't think his brain's made the connection that was he does and what I do are basically the same thing, just for different things.)
Anyway,
eternalmusings and I went down to my university's library to check out an exhibit they have on graphic novels, but it wasn't much - just four glass cases' worth. So, after perusing that, we went up to Main Street to wander around. We had fun discussing our respective fics we're working on, as well as a challeng that she wants to write at some point.
After she left, my body decided it was hungry, so I went to Panera instead of the library and got something to eat prior to working on fulfilling my writing quota for today (which I hit and I am currently getting a jump on doing some more, since I'm going to be out of town this coming weekend).
Tonight while I was folding laundry, I also watched two episodes of "Kyle XY". I love that show.
I don't want to go to work tomorrow. :-( But after work is my writing group. :-D
