Nov. 25th, 2007 11:59 pmAfter church and a stop at Panera - where I finished up a large chunk of revisions for the outline of doom - I went to see Hitman. As far as action movies go, it was enjoyable and some of the visual shots were spectacular, though I thought that some of the gore went a little too far. I think I'm definitely more of swords-and-sandles kind of girl (or, at the very least, swords) when it comes to my action movies. For instance, my favorite action scene was one where 47 and three other hitmen are in a four-way Mexican stand-off and he says, "Why don't we do this honorably?" and the other three nod, they all empty their clips and toss their guns, before pulling out two short swords a piece and going at it.
Tonight, I watched Die Another Day so I can return it. I honestly don't know why, but it's my favorite Bond movie. One more Bond movie to go and I'll be all caught up on them.
Do I have to go back to work tomorrow?
