LOL. That fic was lots of fun.

Lately I've been doing the whole, "I like McShep, but I want to read something else. And something that's not McKay/Zelenka or Sheppard/Lorne." (Because, for some reason, while I like all those characters, I don't like them in those pairings. Though, I will read a McShep/Lorne if the plot's right.) I think that if you take out those three pairings, there's a total of about 5 fics. :-P

Well, the only pairing I want to read in SGA is McShep, so lucky thing there's a ton of that going round, although mostly, I stick to The Sentinel these days.
