This is hard to answer, considering I don't have a *favorite* show. So, here's some of the stand-out ones from some of my best-loved shows.
"200" from Stargate SG-1
"Smile Time" from Angel
SGA's hard because there's a bunch of them. "Midway" and "Remnants" are definitely up there, though.
"Twelve Step Job" from "Leverage"
"Vital Signs" from "White Collar"
