Speaker cables are evil. Especially when you're trying to make them.

Nothing of note happened at work. Well, aside from one of the directing interns finding out that I've heard basically squat and have been given less in regards to the Apprentices' second scene night (which is next Wed), even though I'm the sound gal and tech's on Friday. Needless to say, she's kinda upset and wants to make whoever thought it would be a good idea to let 5 people be in charge pay.

Got to see Pirates of the Caribbean tonight with Lindsey and some of her friends. Lots of fun. Go see it. Now. Especially you, Regina. Because Orlando's hot as a brunet. And Johnny's in it. :0) I'm not sayin' much else, since I know a lot of you want to go see it. So do. ASAP.

This has got to be one of the longest weeks ever.

Was over at the Outdoor Stage (replica of a Greek ampitheatre that the STNJ uses for one show a season) to figure where some stuff was going to go. While there, it started raining. Hard. So the nine of us there had to take shelter under this little canopy tent (you know the kind that has the netting or whatever all the way around and has a zipper on one side) until it passed. Then went on a Walmart run to get stuff for the show. Gotta love whoever decided "Yeah, well, the Outdoor show should be treated like a Main Stage show, but you're not getting paid for it and you won't have a budget for it" and doesn't see anything wrong with that logic.

But the production meeting for Antigone went well. And we didn't spend most of the meeting redesigning the costumes (yay!). (I think that's at least partly because at the staff meeting either earlier today or earlier this week, a bunch of the education people got a bunch of flack for some of the stuff they've been doing.)

And I love the internet right now. I'm finding *so* much stuff for this fic I'm working on and so far it's all the right stuff. Yay! (And I've pro'ly just jinxed myself.)
