So, I went ahead and bit the bullet and got a gold pass for the NJ Creation Con in November. I had been waffling about even going since last year (I did have a good time, but...*shrugs*) Though, the guest line-up seems pretty awesome and I figure it's going to be my last chance to see them (unless there's an act of God or something) because I had decided that I'd only do one more Creation con, plus this is apparently going to be their last one in NJ.

My only thing is, right now I don't have anyone to go/hang out with. I don't mind driving to and from alone, but I'd kinda like to be able to hang out with people I know in between times and share a room with. Is anyone else going? Or know people who are going? Or know where I can meet up with people who are going beforehand?


In other news, yay to the fact that I've been writing steadily since I got home from visiting jacklemmon. Also yay to the fact that for the past few nights, I've been working on two stories and doing a minimum of 500 words on each a night. Boo to the fact that I can't bang it out right away and get sidetracked a lot, thereby going to bed *way* *too* *late*.

I'm going (IM me for details, it's a bit of a weird story), and will be hanging out/possibly rooming with Sarah (mirnell), at least part of the time (trust me, looong story), so obviously you're welcome to hang with us. Last I heard, Denise (akina16), from TF; Sarah's--and my!--friend), was planning on probably coming, too. I don't know yet what the room details will be, but Sarah might, so I'd ask her if I were you. Looking forward to seeing you there (loooooooooong story)! :-D

(Regarding the guest list, yup, it's very pretty...but Michael is always so much more fun when he has Chris Judge to egg him on! :-D)

P.S. Are you coming to Eastern Media Con? Sarah and I will be there (rooming together, but coming separately). And my friend I told everyone about at TF, who's doing research (nice research) on slashers will be there, too.

Okay, I just commented in Sarah's LJ about it, so we'll see what she says.

And, hey, at least then this year I'll be with you guys when you start getting into "arguments" with people. :-P (Though, I probably won't be any better, honestly. ;-) )

And, yes, I've heard stories about Chris and Michael together. ;-P

Dude, have you seen some of the vids they have up (http://www.myspace.com/stargatetour)? I definitely recommend the Michael Shanks one and the Teryl/Cliff/Tony one.

And I'd love to come to Eastern Media Con, but that's during my season's really busy time, so I can't come.

But...but...but Colin won't BE there this year! :-D

And yeah, it's not just that Chris and Michael together are funnier; it's also that Chris sort of chills Michael out a little, so he's more open, more easy-going. Oh well, at least he's finally gotten over his "I have to prove I'm straight to the point of being homophobic" thing. :-)

We'll miss you at EMC. And the next time I see you online, I'll tell you the whole long story-thing. :-D
