sam_gamgeeEaster was good. Spent all morning at church, seeing as how I was helping run the sound board at the first service and then singing in the second and third. But everything went really well, so I'm happy. Plus, we are now done with the cantata! (Which was actually quite pretty and I do have to admit that I like the composer for giving the altos, especially those of us whose range tends towards tenor, a nice part.)
Spent part of the afternoon over at my granparents', enjoying a very delicious Easter dinner that my Grammy had prepared. Plus, I had to collect my Easter candy. :-P Speaking of, anyone know of any nonedible (or even edible) fun I can have with some Peeps?
When I got home from there, I, along with my dad, did some major cleaning, since we're getting new windows put in this week. My dad can be a pain in the butt when it comes to cleaning, since he's rather particular. But, it got done.
On the downside, I'm going to be offline for at least the next two days, if not three, maybe four. Normally, I wouldn't care, since I can easily amuse myself otherwise. But, I'm leaving Friday morning for Tribal Forces (yay!) and I'm sure there's going to be a bunch of stuff going on on the list to get ready for it, and since I'm volunteering up to my eyeballs.... But I'm sure it'll work out. I can probably check during lunch or a break or something at work.
I'm sure you'll all be pleased to note that I'm now about half-way through season 8 of SG-1. And am still enjoying it. It's kinda fun watching Jack adjusting to his new role. And Teal'c telling Sam and Daniel about possibly getting the apartment was cute. "Avatar" was a fun episode, even though I'm not a gamer.
