finally updating...
Sep. 23rd, 2002 01:41 pmSo, yeah. I'm finally updating. I meant to do this a week ago and now I'm finally making myself do it. Let's see....
Went to a concert on 9/14 up in Philly. It was Steven Curtis Chapman (a well-known Christian artist). He is *such* a phenominal performer. The concert was *so* much fun. It started out as a fiasco with a friend of mine and I trying to get tickets and it not working out right and then me having two tickets and no one to go with me. So I ended up dragging a friend with me (and unwittingly making his boyfriend was insanely jealous because he loves Steven Curtis Chapman). It was at a rather small venue (like the Bob, but smaller, for those who know what I'm talking about) and there were still a lot of seats empty, so Graham and I ended up sitting in the third row on the floor. And afterwards, Graham got one of the keyboards' autographs for Eric and I got to talk to the drummer - who's really cool - and also got one of the set lists. (Well, if it was gonna get trashed anyway...)
Oh, and remind me that the next time Regina wants to read me excerpts from the Live Journals of her Harry/Draco writers to say no. And I thought some of the Buffy/Angel fans (both of the shows and the 'shippers) were insane. (Although the B/A'ers scare me.) They practically make us look normal. I'm never going to be able to look at "The Babysitter's Club" or "Winnie the Pooh" the same way again.
Watched some new shows. "Firefly" and "John Doe" (9 and 10 pm respectively on FOX) are definitely recommendations.
Not much else has happened. Will update when something does.
