WW: -.2 (-40.8 total)

At least it went it the right direction. Between that and some stuff at work yesterday, it seemed like yesterday was a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day that failed it's training course.

I was really hoping that I'd be able to get to 50 pounds by the first Tuesday in January, but unless a couple of miracles happen in the next couple of weeks, doesn't look like that's going to happen. Sometimes I feel like this is God's way of showing me who's in control (and it sure ain't me).

Today was better, though. And I'm going to see White Christmas tomorrow at the Grand Opera House with my grandparents. Should be lots of fun.

At this time of year, with all the stress and hustle and bustle and general hysteria, .2 is good.

Also, consider what time of the month it is. Things like that can change your weight a lot.

You're doing so well. Hang in there and you'll get to that 50!

This is true. And like I was thinking, I'd eaten out three nights in a row last week too, plus I think some other things were all over the place too, so....

But the weird thing is that "that time of the month" hasn't seemed to have that much of an effect on me so far. Maybe it's finally catching up to me. :-P Go figure.

Oh, I know I will. But sometimes I can be impatient. :-D

Uh huh. When you eat out, you also have to deal with The Great Salt Issue. I swear, so many restaurants dump the whole shaker of salt on the food. And salt = fluid retention.

When I still had 'em, my periods would make my weight fluctuate as much as five or six pounds overnight. Yet another reason I'm glad that is all behind me now.
