drdeath and her boyfriend - both of whom are fans of the show and it was fun. (And I'm sure both luvxander and eternalmusings are going "See! See!" :-P)
Went to bed about 11 and slept until about 10 this morning. I do think I really needed it - last night's sleep deprivation aside).
We hung out this morning and went to the grocery store to pick up some things to munch on. After David got off work, we went over to his place and hung out a bit and played with his Wii. (I still haven't figured out how I'm so good at Wii bowling and horrible in real life.)
Then we went down to Clacton this afternoon, which is a little beach town not far from them anddrdeath says it has the distinction of being one of the beaches with sand, as opposed to rocks. But it was neat poking around there for a bit. (And they have a pier sort of like Santa Monica's.)
