The skin on my right heel split last night right before I went to bed. I figured it would be okay, since I'd be in bed for a few hours, but when I woke up, I could barely walk from the pain. The longer I was upright, the easier it became, but I still took two Tylenol extra strength today and I plan on taking a third before I go to bed. I hate it when it happens and I'm glad it's infrequent and hopefully one of these days I'll get the really dry skin on my heels dealt with once and for all and it won't be a problem.
