Dec. 19th, 2009 11:58 pmSo, like everyone else in the Northeast US, I was basically snowed in for the day. Not quite sure how much snow we got, but it's probably around 18 inches or so.
Was semi-productive today and got the laundry and my Christmas cards done. And I organized my presents so I have everything grouped together for when I wrap them tomorrow. The only thing I didn't do today was write as much as I wanted, but I'll take what I can get, since I'm in the back half and the thing's kicking my ass right now.
I need to convince my dad to go shopping tomorrow. We usually go on Sundays and weren't able to go out last night for various reasons, so things are looking a bit bare. I was okay today, but right now I'm not sure about tomorrow or this week.
I'm hoping Y and I can get up to Wilmington tomorrow to see The Nutcracker. The show was obviously cancelled today, but they called and we were able to switch our seats over. It's a couple rows behind where we were supposed to be and a bit off-center, but I'm not going to complain - I'm just glad we can go. (And it's $10 cheaper!)
