libralyte came down this afternoon and we went to dinner together. It was lots of fun to hang out with her and have a chance to get caught up.

I can't wait for August 15th to get here!

And my dad and I are going down to the beach tomorrow after dinner. Here's hoping we both survive it. *crosses fingers and prays*

Have fun. If he brings up stuff you don't want to talk about, you can either change the subject or walk away-you don't even try to get into a discussion if you don't want to. *hugs*. I'll see you on the 15th. Hang in there!

I'm sure I will. The first time he brings it up, I'm going to tell him the subject's off the table. After that, I'm going to start walking away (if possible, if not - then the subject will be changed or something).
