May. 9th, 2009 09:03 pmI'm house/pet sitting for my mom and John this week (starting last night) while they're on vacation. So far, so good.
Today's the end of the run for Hay Fever and that makes me happy. The show this afternoon went well and the audience was pretty into it - which was funny because they were louder than most that we've had and actually laughed in more places. Tonight we're having an end-of-show party at Scott's place after the second show (roughly 10:30-ish).
And two cheesy, yet fun movies - Termination Point and Another Cinderella Story. The first is a sci-fi tv movie (which, yeah, pretty much explains it all). But it has Jason Priestly and Lou Diamond Philips in it. The second one's title pretty much explains it all - but it's also got a lot of dancing and singing in it. (And the male lead reminded me way too much of Joey McIntyre.) Both are good for a laugh and if you want something where you don't need to really think. Though, I have to wonder with TP - how many takes did they need to get some of the dialogue out with a straight face?
