sam_gamgeeYeah, so I remembered that I actually wanted to update my journal after I had turned off my computer and hopped in the shower.
But on the upside - the sinks seemed to be fixed of whatever clog they had. (Yay!) Now if some tinkering could be done with the showers in various forms, things would be great.
Was in rehearsal again today recording some more stuff. Lots of fun - especially with the cast and crew that was in there giggling every five minutes. And they've decided that our tshirts for the show would have "The Glass Menagerie" on the front and "Ish" on the back with a picture of a hand doing the so-so movement, since so much stuff is Tomish, Lauraish, whatever -ish. :0) And I definitely have to say that the music that was composed for the show is absolutely incredible. If you're not familiar with "The Glass Menagerie", it's pretty sad to begin with, but the music takes it to a whole other level. (And definitely go read the script and/or see a production of it if you get the chance.)
Read some more of Child of the Night by Scribe. It's a slashy take on Dracula and it's really good. Regina - have you read the alternate?
Oh! And R - I was watching "Will and Grace" last night and it was the last of their Pygmalion trilogy with Dan Futterman and I think you would've really enjoyed it. A) Well, you know - Dan Futterman. B) Comments of homoeroticism (if not outright gayness) in My Fair Lady and Frankenstein.
I got the date thingie fixed on my livejournal - somehow the one on my computer got a day behind and it was messing up the one on here.
And another reason I need a new computer - it shouldn't take me 5 or 6 times to type in my screensaver password (can't bypass using escape key) when I know it's being typed in correct for it to work.
Feel like I'm forgetting something. Oh, well, it can wait until tomorrow.
