I went to my church's game night tonight. There were only about a dozen of us there, but it was still a lot of fun.
I'm now watching Short Circuit. I remember loving the movie when I was a kid and so far it's just as fun and I love it just as I remember. And I remember more than I thought I would. And I remember having a crush on Steve Guttenburg when I was younger. And thinking that "that Indian guy" was pretty cool. ("That Indian guy" being Fisher Stevens - who didn't really come across my radar until a few years later when he was on an episode of "Young Riders" and then in "Early Edition".)
It's funny, thinking back, that I was more interested in stuff like this and "Inspector Gadget" than the "normal" girl stuff. And yet, I didn't get into other sci-fi tech stuff until SG-1, go figure.
