sam_gamgeeToday was a good day. :-) I feel like I got a lot accomplished.
While I left the house a little too late, and thereby missing getting weighed in at WW, I did go to Curves and had a good work out.
From there, I went to Panera and had my usual brunch (sesame seed bagel with cream cheese and a frozen caramel coffee - yes, I know this equals way too many points, but it's yummy and then I tend to not eat until dinner anyway) and I ended up working on my fic and wrote about 900 words. (Yay!)
Trekked over to the mall and exchanged one of my grandparents' gifts. (It was a long sleeve, somewhat heavy cotton nightshirt. While it was pretty, I like wearing tshirts to bed because I tend to get hot easily and like going to bed a little cold.) I also had to hit a few other stories for a return and a purchase, respectively, and also ducked in to Teavana to ask about the water temperature for the teas I got on Christmas.
After that, I braved Shoprite for the Can Can sale to stock up on a few things. (While I like the deals they have, it's crazy there during the sale. The last time I went was a few years ago and it was 7pm the night before an Eagles playoff game and a snowstorm and it was *in*-*sane*.)
Came home and took Patch for a walk - which we both enjoyed. I'm glad it was nice enough to do that.
I tried watching a couple movies, but neither held my attention. One I did watch (last night) and liked more than I expected to was In the Land of Women with Adam Brody and Meg Ryan.
Cleaned my desk and dresser off - which was a lot of stuff to deal with. I'm hoping to tackle more of my room tomorrow, since it does need an overhaul.
Well, off to write a bit more before bed.
