sam_gamgeeToday was also a good day. (Though, I will admit there was a bit of anxiety mixed in, but I'm doing what I can to squash it right away. One day I'll have better coping skills.)
I watched School Ties today. I remember watching it years ago - probably not long after it came out (I think my mom made me watch it.) I enjoyed it, even if it dealt with things that I don't remember learning about in school (anti-semitism in American in the 1950s) - which made me sad.
And it was kind of neat seeing who all was in the cast. The movie came out in 1992 and starred Brendan Fraser, Chris O'Donnell, Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, and Anthony Rapp - all of whom have reached a fairly high level of fame.
It also amuses me that the dvd cover has movie references for Brendan Fraser, Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, and Chris O'Donnell. As I said, the movie came out in 1992. I realize that dvds didn't really start coming out until 1997, but it's still funny when the credits are movies that came out years afterwards:

Matt Damon - Good Will Hunting - 1997
Ben Affleck - Armageddon - 1998
Chris O'Donnell - Batman Forever - 1997
