Jul. 23rd, 2011 11:43 pm22 – Have you ever participated in a fest or a Big Bang? If so, write about your favorite experience in relation to one. If not, are there any you've thought about doing? And if not, why not?
I've done both. In the Buffy fandom, I've done a few Christmas exchanges. And in the SGA fandom, I've done the Big Bang a few times (and am working on this year's). I've also done the Reverse Bang for SGA a few times (where the art's done first, and a fic has to be written for it). polybigbang (which kind of seemed to quietly implode as a whole, but was still fun).
I don't have a particular experience to write about with any of the fannish ones. Generally speaking, I've always enjoyed working on them and seeing the stories and art (and sometimes fanmixes) to come out of them. For the poly one, I got an awesome fanmix that captured the fic perfectly.
