Yes. I wrote an Angel AU where Lindsey and Wesley had a 3&1/2 year-old boy. I wrote an SGA AU where John had a girl and Rodney had a both - both six. And the story I'm working on now has a three month old girl.
I think I do pretty well, though I always worry. But I've been told that I do a really good job with them.
