I'm sure I'm doing this wrong because it's probably supposed to be one of my antagonists, but I'm going to go with someone else's.
Samuel Sullivan, played by the wonderful and amazing Robert Knepper in season four of Heroes.
He was really slick and smooth and talked a really good game. And the writers and Knepper did a really good job of keeping his momentum going throughout the season.
