Spent about six and a half hours at church this morning. I had to be "on call" for nursery at the early service, so I went in early to talk to G about the sound board, since I was going to be running it at the second service and it's been a while since I've done it. (And the second service is more involved than the first - not only do I have to deal with levels, which are fairly set, moving the camera around in case there's anyone in the chapel, and recording the service to dvd and the sermon to cd, it includes children's church camera stuff and dealing with putting the words to the worship songs up on a screen). I ended up staying up there with him for the whole service asking questions, taking notes, and watching him work. Then I hung out between services since there wasn't a whole lot of time to do much before doing the second service, and G hung out to make sure I felt comfortable. After the second service was the Women's Retreat meeting, which is the first weekend in March. We've got practically everything done, which is good, and now is just the last minute stuff that normally comes up now (nametags, folders, etc).

This afternoon, I hung out for a while and took an unexpected nap before heading over to M's house tonight. She, J, and I hung out and played with her Wii and she showed us her Wii Fit -all of which was amusing.
