Mar. 16th, 2009 11:54 pmYesterday,
eternalmusings and I went to A.C. Moore so she could get some yarn, since they were having a sale. It started off with her seeing the ad in the paper and commenting on going this week. To which I said, "Well, there's one near here and this way you won't have to pay sales tax." Being there reminded me how much of a slacker I've been with my own knitting projects and how I need to get back into it.
We also watched the finale of "Leverage". And we're both in agreement that it needs to be June *now*. The shot of Nathan on the rooftop before he jumps into the building is still the only time all season I've thought he was hot. And it got to me again when Nathan told Maggie the truth about their son's death. (And I do think that this is the turning point for him getting better and letting go.)
eternalmusings and I also came up with a "Leverage" based SGA fic idea that may or may not get written, so we'll see.
After she left, I ran a couple of errands and started laundry. I also finished watching The Bodyguard (which I had started on Thursday). I still hate the end of the movie and want them to get together. (And I still kind of want to write a fic where they do.)
I also watched the first two episodes of season two of "Due South". I love that show *so much*. And I so love Fraser/Ray V.
******
Today I rewatched a "Eureka" episode for a fic idea, so we'll see if that goes anywhere.
And I started to watch the finale of "Kyle XY", but couldn't. I don't think I'm ready yet.
I did watch tonight's "Castle" - which I absolutely love and adore. :-D
My right ear's still blocked up. :-( I did put a bit of peroxide in it earlier to clean it out and it fizzed a lot, so hopefully that's a good sign.
