Yatta!

I've passed my writing goal for the past two days! On both days!

Okay, granted, it was by a combined thirteen words, but the point is that both days I wrote not only the amount I wanted to write, but a little more.

Whoo!

I got to take a little field trip for work this afternoon and go up to where the continuig education classes are held and sell books up there. I was up there and ready to go by 4:00 to "open" at 4:30 and be there until 7:00. I had a flurry of business around 6:00, because that's when the classes start, but other than that, it was pretty dead.

Which is why I'm very glad I took my laptop with me. I was able to get a bunch of writing done and after I write a couple hundred more words, I'll be a day ahead of my schedule. (whoo!)

I have to remember how much I enjoy doing this whole writing thing for days when I don't want to do it.
