1) I've become a gym bunny. Normally, I hate gyms. But this one's pretty cool.
2) Got my hair cut. Calm down, Regina! I only got three inches cut off - it wasn't anything drastic. Just, you know, something that needed to be done.
3) My story for the Secret Slasha turned out pretty good.
4) Christmas was good. There was no blood shed - which is always a positive. Got "Angel" season 2 and Pirates of the Caribbean both on dvd, Good Omens in paperback, some money (which is good for the traveling to LA in February), and a gift certificate to a spa down the road - which is cool, since I've been thinking about trying to find one, but hadn't said anything to anyone.
5) Dad and I went to see Cheaper by the Dozen last night - which was pretty good (although I thought a couple of jokes were just in bad taste). And Tom Welling was in it, so not all bad. While we were waiting to go into the theatre, I snuck in to see a couple of minutes of RotK and happened to see Legolas take down the oliphant and then snuck in again to see Merry and Pippin's reunion scene. Tried to convince my dad that he had to go see a couple minutes of it while we were waiting, but he didn't seem very interested - although somewhat amused when I tried to explain the whole thing about orcs, trolls, oliphants, and the Nazgul.
6) Finished my first book of real gay fiction, He's the One, today. Was lots of fun.
