Had the day off. V. weird, but also v. nice. Read lots of fanfic - some of it wanted me to run and hide because it's in one of my fandoms ("Buffy") and the rest of it made me wish that it was in my fandom ("Smallville" - though I'm slowly being pulled into it). But I'll pimp the pimping th "Smallville" fic, tomorrow, since I want to make some comments about the genre it's in first.

bored, bored, bored

Yep. TV cable still not working to its full potential. Still only have 3 channels. Still CBS, MTV, and HBO. Been this way since Friday night. Rather bored of reading fanfic now - even if it is insanely good Clex. Will attempt to revise a couple of scenes now.

It's weird having the most important parts of your Sunday be church and laundry. Usually during school, it's church, laundry, papers, reading, etc. But it was kinda nice.

And Mary Ann - this may or may not be out of line, but I managed to snag the front section of Friday's New York Times and had to giggle. Right under the article for the Supreme Court's decision on sodomy laws, etc. was a little blurb on Strom Thurmond's death. My thought was, "he's pro'ly turning in his grave right now."
