Seriously, though. I've drunk so much in the past week....

It started last Saturday when I went to some cousins' (set of twins) birthday party. Since it was also on my grandmom's side of the family, it was basically a family reunion. I think that about 96.9% of the people I was introduced to had the prefix of "And this is your cousin ___". But it was fun. And at one point, my grandmom and I were talking to these two ladies and another lady comes up carrying two big bags of these little plastic contains with four different kinds of Jell-o shots in them and said, "I was told to make sure that you (me) got one". I tried three out of the four, and they were all good. My grandparents each even had one. My dad didn't, but that was because he was driving and wanted to stick to just beer. I found out later that my dad was the one that had sent her over to me.

Then Sunday night I went out with a bunch of friends to Casablanca's (Moroccan restaurant that does seven course meals and is very yummy) and three of the four of us who were of legal age decided to get a bottle of this Moroccan blush wine, so I had a glass of that (which I thought was very good).

Didn't drink Monday or Tuesday, but did go over to my mom's on Tuesday to show her "Home", "End of Days", and "Chosen". She thought "Home" was okay, but enjoyed the two "Buffy" episodes. And while I was commenting on something Wes-related (and called him Wes), she was like, "Why do they need a Wes when they already have a Wesley?" (She hasn't watched either show for a few seasons.)

Had a bottle version of a White Russian on Wednesday - very yummy, though felt bit disconnected afterwards. But may've been because I wasn't really doing anything while drinking it and wasn't really eating a lot.

Then last night went on a little bar crawl with libralyte, drdeath, and Janna, and Eve and Joe as well as Lou and Suneil (drdeath's friends) met up with us later. Aside from lots of food and copious amounts of water, I had a frozen mudslide (yummm), a shot of Bacardi Limon (okay), ___ Shamrock (Bailey's, creme de menthe, and vanilla ice cream - also yummy), and a shot of something else that starts with a T, but can't remember the name of. Also did some dancing. All in all, lots of fun.

Went out to dinner with my dad and libralyte tonight and my dad complained to her that I won't go out and drink with him. Well, I'm sorry if he phrases it as "go out and get a beer", and I don't like beer. But we got past that, so....

And libralyte and I went and saw Down With Love tonight. Lots of fun and very good. Definitely recommend it, so go see it. Now.
