Nightcrawler - "Love Nightcrawler. Before X2 I wondered why in the world anyone would fancy a devilish blue creature -- but he is just the most adorable person. Love his BAM! BAM! teleportation, and strange but amusing accent. Very endearing in his self-deprecation and unwavering faith, and how many devilish blue creatures can quote Scripture with nothing but perfect eloquence?"
Storm/Nightcrawler (and what I mean by Kurt/Ororo for those of you who aren't as into "X-Men") - "A het ship I thought was really well done was Storm/Nightcrawler. That was fantastic relationship building, particularly with Nightcrawler being the one giving Storm reasons to believe and not to hold so much hatred and anger within. And when she said "I trust you" and he said "I'm not going anywhere" -- awww. They are so cute together and I'm glad Storm has someone -- I imagine she may feel left out with Jean and Scott paired off."
And I just thought this was funny - "My god. Slash bunnies have donned X-Men suits and blasted me with their intergalactic carrot guns."
And from elusio's notes of Alexis' Q&A from the End of Days convention in Blackpool, England this past weekend:
"A question about Lil'boo and could he make the crow noise. [Andy Hallett told a story previously about Alexis and him joking about a Lorne love interest, called Lil'boo. They would shout Lil'Boo (in a kind of southern voice) over the set at each other. One day a crow got stuck on the set and actually responded when Andy yelled Lil'Boo. From then on when Andy said Lil'Boo Alexis would respond by making a crow noise.] He briefly recounts the story and makes a few crow noises."
This is one of the many reasons why I love these guys (and they will have my undying loyalty). :0P
