Had a great time on the retreat. Was too short, as always. The speaker was really good. Got to see some ladies that I haven't in a while since they've moved away, but still come to the retreat - so that was really nice.

While we were waiting in line for lunch on Saturday, one of the ladies saw my shirt and was like, "'Common Rotation'? Isn't that a band?" (Usually, I get "'Common Rotation'? What's that?") So we talked about them for a bit and it turns out that she saw them a couple years ago when they did a show here on campus. How weird is that?

On the way up, somehow we got talking about the food at the retreat center and Heather was like, "I don't like some of their stuff, but I'm sure I'll manage." And I replied, "Honey, if you starve this weekend, it's your own *dang* fault" and we all laughed. Partly because they always do a buffet thing, so you have at least a couple options, plus - our group always brings a bunch of stuff to snack on. (Presbyterians tend to be known for three things - 1) always sitting in the back, 2) forming a committee before doing practically anything and 3) always having food at any function - no matter what it is, or what time it is.)

One of the ladies was giving foot massages during our free time Saturday afternoon and I got one and it felt *so* good.

Did pretty good, IMO, eating-wise this weekend, especially since nothing was low-fat or reduced fat. But we'll just have to see tomorrow.

They definitely are! And I'm sure you'll be back on your feet and enjoying your own in no time. :-D

Thanks.
