I went to see Partners at the Delaware Theatre Company today. I had been vascillating about it, but decided to go today, since I was sure I'd regret it if I didn't. (Plus, I got a half-price ticket, yay!) And Alan Rosenberg and Vyto Ruginis were starring, so I was like, "This should be really interesting."
The show was really funny. Kind of like a modern day "Odd Couple", but not (and with a twist). And Vyto Ruginis is actually pretty good-looking. He's obviously not Brad Pitt good-looking, but the costumer definitely knew what she was doing with him and his hair was a little on the longish side, so it looked really good. And Vyto and Alan had *awesome* chemistry together.
And Vyto looks damn fine as a woman. I want to have the costumer's babies because - *day-mn*. He's not a man that's supposed to look good as a woman and especially not *that* good.
I got to meet Alan after the show and he was very sweet. I wanted to meet Vyto, but by that point I had been hanging around for a while and kind of had to be somewhere else soon. Plus, I didn't want to seem stalkery. Hopefully, they'll make it to NYC (which is their objective) so I can go see it again.
On another note - I got a massage yesterday morning. Best. Thing. Ever.
