Giles looked up from his book when he heard the third exasperated sigh from where his younger lover was talking on the phone. Even though he couldn't understand the language, Giles knew that Xander was talking to one of his slayers. It was the same tone he had used with Buffy a number of times.
"What was that all about?" Giles questioned after Xander hung up the phone and sank down next to him on the couch.
"Some of the African slayers. They're doing great, but it's like they need me to hold their hand through everything. I told Allie that she and the other girls had to stop being so puerile and go clean out a nest of vamps."
"And does the use of big words usually work?"
Xander smiled. "Usually. If they can figure out the definition by the next time I talk to them, I let them go from training a couple minutes early." He kissed Giles on the cheek. "I love you."
Giles smiled and captured Xander's mouth with his own. "It's been too long," he whispered.
"I agree," Xander replied.
"You know, you could assign a watcher to this last group and come home on a more permanent basis."
"I know, but I like working with the girls." Xander grinned evilly. "You could retire and move to Africa with me."
"No," was Giles' short reply.
"Why not? It's a beautiful place."
"I promised myself when I returned here that I would not move to another continent on a permanent basis."
Xander gave Giles his best puppy dog look. "Not even for me?"
"And if I convince you to move here first?"
"Then I'll concede." Xander straddled Giles' lap with a grin on his face. "So, how are you going to convince me?"
Giles returned the grin. "Oh, I'm sure I could think of a couple ways," he replied as he opened Xander's jeans.
"Sex stopped being a bargaining chip a long time ago, Giles," Xander commented softly.
"That's not the impression I got last night," Giles said as he began to gently and slowly caress Xander through his boxers.
"Oh, um..." All rational thought quickly left Xander's head.
Giles reached in and leisurely pumped Xander's rigid cock, using just enough pressure to drive his lover crazy, but not make him come. Xander whimpered and gently thrust into Giles' hand. After stringing him along for another minute, Giles asked, "Please move home?"
"Yes, anything," Xander breathed. "Just let me come."
"Not until you promise."
"I promise to move home and appoint someone else to lead my group of slayers, and also promise to only make occasional visits, doing most of my work by email or phone," Xander breathlessly half-babbled.
Giles flicked the pad of his thumb over the head of Xander's cock, causing him to come. Once he was done, Xander kissed Giles deeply.

“At the risk of sounding puerile, you started it,” Giles breathed before kissing him again.
