Watched last night's "Covert Affairs" this evening. Still not completely sold on it, though it was nice seeing Lana Parrilla in a guest role.
I'm trying to be proactive and think of stuff I can make for next week's dinners. I figure if I can stay about a week or so ahead in at least planning, it'll help keep my momentum going and I won't feel overwhelmed. Next week, I might use the frozen stir-fry dinners we have so that some space will be cleared out so I freeze stuff if I want.
And I'll admit - I'm enjoying having home-cooked food in the house. :-D
