So, decreasing caffeine and sugar while sleep deprived, without trying to get my sleep at least somewhat adjusted first, is not a good idea. Today, aside from being tired, I was a little light-headed. So, going cold-turkey on the caffeine while trying to clean up my eating habits isn't going to happen the way I had hoped.

After work, I went to the mall to use my Teavana gift card, to find out that the tea I wanted to get had been discontinued. :-( But I found another one that seems promising - even though it's going to be discontinued in October.
