Oh, you have to love family.
My grandmother - "You've got lay off the sweets now, or the acne will start again."
Me - "*No*, it won't. The acne's because of my rosacea - that's why it's called acne rosacea."
(And it's not like this is a new condition. I've had it for years and have explained it a few times.)
